Graduated in 1997 from Northwestern College of Chiropractic with a Bachelor Degree in Biology and Doctorate of Chiropractic.
Chiropactic techniques practised: Gonstead, Torque Release (mechanical adjusting device).
Special focus on stress management, neck and hip joint issues.
Past President of the Chiropractic Wellness Society (2004).
Past President of the Saskatoon Chiropractic Society (2000).
Played three seasons of University of Saskatchewan Huskie football (1991-93).
Born and raised in Saskatoon.

Acupuncture training through McMaster Contemporary Acupuncture Program in Hamilton and the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute
Pre-professional education completed at the University of Saskatchewan with degrees in English and Kinesiology (with Distinction).
Certified as a coaching instructor with the Coaching Association of Canada, with a specialization in fastpitch softball.
Coaching certification in numerous additional sports including fitness instructing, tennis, track and field and gymnastics.
Areas of interest include pain management to allow for active living throughout the lifespan, as well as wellness care to minimize medical intervention during the lifespan.

Registered with the CMAAC, the Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Association of Canada, and CTCMA, College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Practioners of British Columbia.
Currently working toward a specialization in fertility, pregnancy, menopause, and women's health in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
